1. Introduction
RailWorks Inc. (PNR) (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) via our website powered by Odoo.
By registering for a training course and completing payment through our platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Training Registration
- All training registrations are subject to availability.
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
- Confirmation of registration will be sent via email upon successful payment.
3. Fees and Payment
- All training fees are listed in CAD and are subject to applicable taxes.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe using major credit cards.
4. Payment Processing & Credit Card Information
- All credit card transactions are processed via Stripe, a third-party payment processor.
- PNR does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
- Stripe uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your information.
- By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participant Cancellation:
- Cancellations made 5 days before the training date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period or for no-shows.
Company Cancellation:
- PNR RailWorks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, participants will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- Transfer to an alternate session.
- Any course cancellations resulting from inclement weather or emergency circumstances will be communicated by 7:30 AM on the morning of the event.
6. Transfers and Substitutions
- Participants may request to transfer their registration to another session or substitute another attendee by notifying us in advance.
- Approval of transfers is at the discretion of PNR.
7. Attendance and Conduct
- Participants arriving more than 30 minutes late will be prohibited from joining the training program, and they will be required to reschedule the training at their own expense.
- Participants are expected to attend sessions on time and behave professionally.
- PNR reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
8. Training Materials and Intellectual Property
- All training materials provided are the intellectual property of PNR or its licensors.
- Materials may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement
- As a condition of participation, all attendees must review and sign a “Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Indemnity Agreement” prior to attending the training session.
- Failure to sign this agreement may result in denial of access to the training session without refund.
- This agreement is intended to acknowledge and assume any risks associated with participation in the training and to limit the liability of PNR to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- A link to access this form along with pertinent instructions, will be shared two days before the scheduled training session.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
- Personal information collected during registration is used solely for training administration and communication.
- Payment information is handled securely by Stripe.

11. Changes to Terms
- PNR reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
- Changes will be posted on the website and will apply to all future bookings.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
