 r understanding of the Metrolinx’s General Engineering Instructions (GEI
 )\, which are adopted instructions and supporting procedures that add info
 rmation\, guidance\, and requirements\, to ensure compliance to the Canadi
 an Rail Operating Rules (CROR) in and on Metrolinx’s Right of Way (ROW).
