 Engineering Instructions (GEI)\, which are adopted instructions and suppor
 ting procedures that add information\, guidance\, and requirements\, to en
 sure compliance to the Canadian Rail Operating Rules (CROR) in and on Metr
 olinx’s Right of Way (ROW). Note: This course is for certification purpo
 ses only. Individuals who pass this level are not qualified to provide pro
